LITTLE EUROPEANS KNOW EACH OTHER: DOCUMENT AND PLAN ON CELEBRATIONS FROM PORTUGAL

The Comenius project "Little Europeans Know Each Other" was launched in August 2011. Six countries participate in the project: Turkey (project cooridnator), France, Italy, Portugal, Poland and the United Kingdom. The aims of the project are to:

- exchange information about pre-school education systems
- exchange preschool teachers' experiences and promote best practice
- gather information about different cultures and countries
- boost childrens' interest in learning foreign languages, different countries and ICT

The main activities planned in the project include visiting and observing children festivals in each of the countries taking part in the project.

The project will last until June 2013
